To cancel your order before final proof approval, contact us.
Once the final proof is approved, the order moves to mass production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Yes, charges incurred for samples will be offset against the total amount of the purchase order.
Note. If the print product or packaging undergoes multiple changes, the current sample cost will be deducted from the total purchase order.
The time needed to complete your order depends on the complexity and specifics of your project, as discussed during your initial consultation with us.
Due to the unique nature of each project, we cannot provide a precise timeline for completing your order from start to finish at this stage.
We do not display shipping costs on our website due to variations based on individual needs and specifications. However, we can provide shipping estimates during your consultation.

The price of your print product or packaging is unaffected by the number of colors when printing with CMYK, so feel free to use as many colors as you like!
However, if your design requires PMS (PANTONE® Matching System) colors, additional charges will apply for each PMS color used.

Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) are established to cover the tooling and setup costs required for producing your custom packaging. These MOQs are designed to help our customers save on costs, so we do not recommend ordering below the listed quantities.
For reference, ordering less offset-printed corrugated boxes will cost more, due to setup fees. This is why we recommend adhering to our minimum order quantities. Contact us for your print product and packaging MOQs if product is not listed.

You can make changes to your order by contacting us, provided it hasn’t entered mass production. All modifications to artwork and order specifications must be made before final proof approval.
If changes or cancellations are needed after final proof approval, notify us immediately. We may be able to halt production, but complex changes may incur additional fees.
After final proof approval, design changes may not be possible as your order likely enters mass production.
For urgent modifications, promptly notify us. We will attempt to intervene early, but halting production isn’t guaranteed. Any adjustments or restarts may incur additional charges.
If you haven’t approved the final proof and need to change your order quantity, contact us immediately.
We will reassess and provide a revised quotation based on your requested changes. Note: After final proof approval and the start of mass production, we cannot accommodate changes to your order quantity.

The process of creating your print product or packaging varies based on individual needs. However, our typical process generally includes the following stages:
Packaging Consultation (Determine Project Requirements)

- Structural & Artwork Design Preparation
- Sampling & Prototyping
- Pre-press
- Mass Production
Before proceeding to mass production, our Pre-press Team will carefully review your artwork to ensure it meets our quality standards. We will then send you a final proof for your approval. If we identify any issues with your artwork, our Pre-press Team will provide guidance and support to help you correct these errors to ensure the best possible print quality.
